Cup Sake @ Buri: Clear color, decent legs. Aroma of strong anise, light koji with a small puff of alcohol at every sniff. A light chewy body with a nice subtle impact, full mouthfeel leads up to a long tail, plenty of koji carries on after the drink. Ok.
