Draft in snifter. Poured hazy amber color with medium off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium tart fruit and yeast aroma. Medium body with a tingly texture and soft carbonation. Medium tart & sour flavor with a medium bitter & sour finish of moderate duration. Soft brew.

[ Courtesy of Dedollewaitor ]. [ Vintage BBF 04-2003 ]. Hazy - murky medium grey amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, vintage, light to moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, vintage. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Jan & Charlotte’s tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte 2000 vintage courtesy of Mads - Dedollewaitor, cheers Mads. Pours quite hazy, in fact very hazy, its more a light brown colour than amber with very little head. Touch of the farmhouse quality about this, tangy, fruity and holding up very well despite its years and relatively low abv. Decent mouthfeel, a little spiciness showing. Nice beer. 75cl Bottle. Vintage 2000. Pours unclear amber with a creamy white head. Nose is sweet malty. Caramel and fruit with a vague oxidized note. Flavor is yeast, caramel and fruit with a good deal of carbonation left. Holding up pretty well after 11 years only being 4,5%.

Bottled, 1999 vintage. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is really fruity along with some toffee and mild acidic notes. Also quite big hops notable. Flavour is very much toffee (fudge) along with some mild grassyness and spices. Also quite flowery notes. Smooth and wellaged.

Bottled (1999 vintage) at Man in the Moon, Stockholm Lightly hazy amber, rich head. Surprisingly fresh floral hop aroma. Dry and very light bodied. Very light vanilla- and crackr-like malt, briefly touched by oxidized flavours of mustard and paper. Finishes with some grassy/spicy hop bitterness. Given it’s low gravity it has helf up astoningly well. Would stil be a good summer beer.
