Bright orange gold body, some haze, topped with a fluffy head, good lacing. Aroma is fresh herbs, spices (corriander). Taste is very summery and refreshing - bubblegum edges, spices, citrus fruits. Finish was excellent - very dry.

Cloudy and red with some swirling sediment. Nose is all nuts and light fruits...grape, pear, green apple. Taste is lively, carbonated and fruity. A very quick drying at the end (from the rye malt??). Nice aftertaste of grassy dryness and that odd Belgian yeast that makes it all "stinkybarn/buttercookie-like"

I shared the bottle together with a friend and we both agreed this wasn’t a bad beer at all. Fruity, something bitter, citrus. A nice beer.

75 cL bottle, date unknown. This is number 500 and a rare find at that. Plenty of dust had accumulated on the bottle, but that did not dissuade me from purchasing. Pours a cloudy amber with orange hints and a huge off-white rocky head, that does not die easily. Great foamy and sticky lacing throughout. Oak and eathy yeast aroma with a light fruit nose. Sour and yet sweet yeasty flavor, some oak/must with a pleasant berry undertone. Hint of spicy yeast and malt combined near the end. Refreshing with lively carbonation and a dry light to medium bodied palate.

Draft at Fountainhead. Pours an attractive gold, lightly hazed with a frothy/creamy head. Nose is citrus, lemon, soft pils sweetness and chouffe yeast. Some caramel noted as well. On tasting, crisp and refreshing, medium bitterness, a touch on the sweet side overall. More lemony hops come through, as well as a clean malt profile. Faint caramel again. Tasty stuff.

1/18/12. On tap. Slightly hazy golden pour, almost orange, with a nice off-white head that fades but laces in thick, soapy sheets. Nice aroma with Belgian yeast, esters, and citrusy fruitiness. Slightly sweet entry that shows fruity esters, sweet citrus, a bit of bitterness, and lingering lemony dryness. Not bad!

On tap at Jackie-Os, $6 a goblet. Nice, hazy amber color. Creamy, cream-colored head leaving great lace. Nice texture, crisp and smooth carbonation, with a light body. Good zesty-sweet taste, a little bit of sour. Bready aroma, with a light spice slow crest, it’s complex and satisfying. Interesting for a 4.5% brew.

over aged, too much bread and wet cardboard. Tastes like an overaged tripel. Underneath is some floral notes and Belgian candy notes. Definitely one to taste fresh
