Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is beautiful, dark, red-brown with a beautiful head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, candy sugar and caramel. The flavour has sweetness and ntoes of roasted malt, spice, candy sugar and a little nuts. It’s a charming and nice bock.

Bright clean dark amber with red hues. Nice creamy lasting off-white head. Strong aroma of burnt caramel, lack the peculiar Chouffe yeast’s touch, metallic. Flavour is of burnt bitter caramel, metallic, medium bodied toward a bitter end.

Amsterdam 08. On tap. Pours a clear dark amber with a light beige head. Sweet with aromas of caramel. Hints of diacetyl. Also the typical Chouffe yeast aromas. Also some spices. Full bodied. Very dry finish.

Draught at the brewerypub. A clear amber colored beer, with a thick beige head. The aroma of caramel malt, with spices and hops. The taste is hopbitter, with notes of chocolate, malty and in the back some caramel. The aftertaste light bitter. When the beer is getting warmer, there are notes of porto.
