Pours reddish brown. Aroma is metallic and malty. Taste is fruits and malty.

Helder, donkerbruin bier met rode gloed. Geen kraag. Begint bitterzuur op de tong. Eindigt zoet en wat droog. Aroma van caramel, , verbrande malt, overrijpe banaan, rozijnen. Beetje metalig op de tong, licht waterig.

appearance: Brown / Amber with an off-white head. Not much retention.
smell: Burnt malts, slightly caramel, but mostly sour yeast.
taste: Actually pretty much how it smells. It’s sadly not a rich full flavor beer, but quite watery tending on the sour (yeast) side. Lacks depth.
mouthfeel: Refreshing with quite a carbonation kick - which is the best part of this beer: just refreshing.
overall: Nothing special. Won’t drink it again probably.

It starts with a nice head but it collapses really fast. It has a nice red-brown color.
There is not that much aroma, it is not bad, but also nut particularly good. Also the taste is average, it is not bad, but here are much better bock beers.
This is not a really special beer, just an average one.

Not that big of Bok fan. But this one from Chouffe is pretty ok. At least it’s not too sweat.

reddish-brown colour, beige head, which disappears quite quickly; sourish aroma, taste of roasted sugar with sourish signs and harmonizing bitterness. a bit too fizzoy, otherwise ok.

Helder donker rood/bruin bier met offwhite kop die snel afneemt en een aardig laagje overlaat. Aroma: pruimen, rozijnen en caramel. Smaak: kandijsuiker, caramel, rozijnen, pruimen, beetje laurier en eindigend met een combi van kandijsuiker en metaal. Vrij veel koolzuur aanwezig dat zorgt voor een frisse, crispi start. Prima bier voor de avonden aan het einde van het jaar.

Aroma caramel, roasted malts, some fruits.
Taste sweet, little nice hop bitter.
Mouth-feel thin.

Bottled. Dark copper beer with a frothy beige head. Malty-sweet nose, some raisins, slightly sour toastedness and a hint of grassy hops. Light chocolate notes? Sweet but malty taste, dark fruitiness, light acidity and a hint of bitterness in the finish. Very soft, maybe a bit thin. Very smooth carbonation in a Belgian way.
