Long lasting white head, with little hazy yellow colour, with maybe some greenish shine. Hops are very clear to the nose Taste is of course hops, and citrus, quite dry finish.
A good beer. But personally I prefer the normal Chouffe Blonde.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 allmyvinyl (75) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 15, 2013
Pours a lovely pale gold with a long-lasting thick white head. High carbonation, as expected. Both nose and taste have citrus, hay, honey, maybe a touch of mint? That bready quality some tripels have, that I love. Finishes with hop oils and a tickle of alcohol on the tongue. Recommended.

Light and fluffy like a good Chouffe should be, but with a big wafting freshness of bright, citrusy hops. Delicious; the yeast, malt and hops are working just right together, to create a fresh, vibrant, unique ale.

Not a typical tripel. Light orange color, strong head, no sedimentation. Very strong citrus aroma, in particular lemon peels. Hop taste, strong bitterness.
4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 closey22 (246) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - MAY 10, 2013
Hazy yellow gold w/ thick foamy white head; aroma is blend of sweet belgian yeasty sugary and notes of spice like cardomom or thyme; flava is crisp blend of grain and sweet malt; finishes very dry and bitter, not hoppy bitter but biting and harshly bitter. Feel is light and crisp, smooth, moderate fizz.

Bottle from stirchleywines. Pale golden beer with a residual head. Aroma of citrus hops. Taste is sweet citrus hops and quite dry and floral. Not bad, but not my style of tripel.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 StoutHead (231) - DENMARK - MAY 6, 2013
Bottle @ home. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma of hops, yeast and spices. Taste of hops...lots of hops, light fruits, hay, citrus notes and alcohol. Pretty full bodied with a long bitter and dry aftertaste. Pretty good, but probably better on a sunny day than at midnight. I know that now. ;-)
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 jcweaver (697) - VA Beach, Virginia, USA - MAY 6, 2013
From tasting notes. Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small white head. Nice citrus and floral hop nose with belgian yeast and light spices. Flavors of light caramel, citrus/grassy/floral hops, belgian yeast, light spice and a touch of fruit. Floral, grassy and fruity in the finish with a mild bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. A tasty tripel.
4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 JaKeAFC (316) - ITALY - MAY 4, 2013
75 cl bottle, 9%, 5.65€. Chouffe it’s a quality seal, the "houblon" version has lots of good premises, with Tomahawk, Amarillo and Saaz hops. Well right uncapped the nose is full of hops. In the glass it forms a massive, enormous foamy explosion. Color is blond, slightly hazed. Again, the nose is amazing, lots of perfumed hops, announcing a refreshing taste. Aroma confirms the initial supposition, this is an hops-a-go-go. Hops and lots of hops allover, just in the right balance, wonderful. Floral and citrusy. Taste is expectedly bitter but not aggressive, while malts have a secondary role. The body is unexpectedly light, sparkling and fresh, dry finish. The 9% abv is absolutely imperceivable. Although lacking in body as the announced "IPA", this is an amazingly good one, somewhat the best tradition of Pilseners in a Belgian style with an UK/US attitude. Outstanding, immediate favorite. The little Chouffe had a brilliant idea with this brew.
