Rastacouere (5921) - Montréal, - OCT 3, 2007
Surprisingly meaty on top of sandy nose combining herbal hops and light strawy malts for a spice, bitter-tart effect. The sourness also comes as a surprise as it renders an unpleasant astringency to the palate. Original ale, but quite ruined by its attempts at being different and not too pleasant ultimately.

9th July 2008. One year past it’s BBE date. Odd ale. It manages to be both watery and dry at the same time! Sour malt and bitterish hop. Weird.
