Pours completely clear. Nose of mild black bean and generally sweet, dry and like an old cellar. Taste of more fermented bean curd, sweetness and some alcohol. Palate medium to full, long persistent finish. I think this is good but it is my first sake so difficult to judge.

Bottle, 72cl. Pours with a light yellowish color to an else clear body. Cellar, cooked rice and apples on the nose. Some boozy hints, even though it’s only 13,5% ABV. The flavor has a distinct fruityness to deal with the rice, and then the alcohol kicks in adding an extra dimension. Well, that might lead you to think this is a complex and superb sake, but I don’t feel it that way. Slighlty warming on the palate. A drinkable one indeed, but not worth a detour. 111105

Alkohollastiger Geruch, welcher an Weizenkorn erinnert. Im Hintergrund nach Pflaume. Alkoholischer Start, leicht fruchtug. Mittig pflaumig, weich und liquide, säuerlich. Abgang getreidig, scharf. Trinkbar - nicht unbedingt ein Renner.

Áramütésszerűen megcsíp, fejbevág. Mazsola. Tempera. Forralt bor. Semmivel se hasonlítható. Meg még valami felhő vagy zápor. Záporfelhő!
