Bottle. A clear, golden cider producing a small, white head. Ripe apples, canned apples, apple-cellar and some barnyard in the aroma. The flavor is mostly apples, fresh from the three, with some lemon-like sourness. Crisp and dry with apples in the finish. Really pleasant and easy to drink. Almost fresh like apple-juice, still very ciderish. (080823)

[Bottle] Pours VERY pale, almost clear with a head of large bubble. Aroma is pearish, vanilla, slightly sweet, and some vinegar. This stuff explodes in your mouth. The flavor matches, minus the vinegar. Very crisp.

The color is beautiful, dark yellow and the head is huge but quickly vanishing. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of apple and syrup. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of oven baked apple with syrup. It ends on a dry note and the finish is long in this pleasant cider.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear golden with a rough off-white head. Sweetish aroma of apple juice. Medium body with lightly sweet apple notes and a very heavy carbonation. Discreet tartness in the finish. 230808
