Bottle. Yeast, wood and a bit of apple in aroma. Light golden amber colour with small white head. Medium dry. Mild despite rich carbonation. Sweet aftertaste.

Bottle thanks to Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with no head, but has visible carbonation. Aroma has a bit of earthy funk with some cheese, but mainly sweet apples. Flavor has a bit more tart apple with a bit of sweetness and a bit of cheese.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is apple, tart and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. There was no date on the bottle, but something was wrong here. 130911

Yellow and almost clear. Has a white head, mostly to fully diminishing. Aroma of apples, ripe apples and some acidic too, nice. flavor starts light sweet, moderate acid and light astringent. Notes of apple-juice.

Bottle courtesy Zita/Hansen. DArk yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Some banryrad notes. Powerfull wonderfull aplle flavor. Long nice dry finish. Oily palate. Really nice cider.

7 Beautifully appley aroma, very sweet and fruity, like a baked apple
3 Mid orange, quite fizzy.
7 Sweet and sharp apple, so real, just like having the fruit in front of you. Slight woody dryness too.
3 High carbonation. Thinish palate. Finish sharp, but a little short.
13 Quite delicious, and a perfect thirstquenching drink on a summer’s day, or to introduce or accompany a meal.

2009 bottle. It’s neither sour, nor sweet. And it’s not very fruity either. This is a light and well balanced cider. The stand out thing about it is the quite bitter finish. Good complement to food.
