cloudy yellow, white head. aroma of quite sour apples, rubber flavor is sweet apple , apple soda water, ripening apple. flavors like green apple peel.

Pours a hazy and orange/amber cider with a weak white head. The aroma is apple, dirt, phenol and rubber. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is dry. Overall a cider below average.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is apple, sulfur and a little phenolic note. Flavour is red apple. rubber, phenolic notes and light sulfur.

Bottle @ Odense Smagning, May 2012. Pours cloudy dark golden with bubbles on top. Nose is sweet apples and barnyard. Phenolic and rubbery. Lively carbonation. Some svovl. Dry end.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet and slightly perfumed apple aroma with a hint of wood. Sweet apple juice flavour with phenols and a bit of tannin in the finish

Svovl, stald, æble, flot hvid skum der holder, meget smag af stald, lidt røg, meget spændende.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity slightly tart phenol apple aroma. Sweetish fruity slightly tart apple flavor. Has a sweetish fruity apple finish.

Botella. "Non-filtré". Hazy deep golden. Rubber fruity sweet like apple aroma. Plenty of apple rubber in the flavour fruity, light smoke like touch, dry and apple fruity finish.

Bottle. Pours clear amber. Aroma is sweet dusty apples and light cellar. The flavour is quite dusty with notes of dry sweet apples.
