This has been sitting in my cellar for a few years. Pops a brilliant yellow with a lot of very fine white bubbles.musty scent with a hint of Apple underneath.if this were a wine is send it back as possibly corked.in the mouth the fine carbonation is prominent, the taste is slightly sweet applewith not a lot going on.enjoying it by itself, difficult to imagine good would change it much, although I’m kind of tempted to try it with buttered popcorn.an uncomplicated cider.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2012 A fizzy hazy yellow pour with extra points for the pop of the cork. The aroma was apples with just the tiniest bit of funk....very nice. Flavor was appley and moderately sweet. Had this with a spicey white chile for supper...delicious. Would someone please explain to me how they keep a 4.5% alc sweet without additives.

Bottle. Bright white fizzy head on a light hazy lemon yellow. Earthy sweetened apples and some slight sweet honey notes in the aroma. Flavor very much follows suit with some missing tartness that I would’ve liked.

2006 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge white head that has huge retention (cider with this much and long lasting head?) over a clear golden body. Aroma is odd, at first some poached salmon, cedar, wood, apple core, and must. Taste is light manure, bandaid, fruit and apple stems. Fizzy and dry.

This corked and caged bottled cider from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of medium sized light clear green hued bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent strongly carbonated dark orange colored body. The body looked like it was boiling from all of the bubbles that were present. If you could even see through the bubbles you might see some hint of color. The aroma was off with fruity and funky notes. The strong tingly bubbly mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish. It gave me gas and I burped a lot afterwards. The mild flavor contained notes of mild dull apples. An OK brew just nothing special. The cider was just dull once you got past all the carbonation.
