Clear and gold in color with a small white head. Good clean malt aroma with some biscut and slight toasted malt. Good malt flavor that is balanced well with a mild hop bitterness. Reminds me of a good dortmunder style german lager. A beer which I’d drink several of and will have again.

Bottle from beer of the month club. Sour hop smell and little head on the pour. Medium lager type mouthfeel. A pretty standard lager really. Not much better than the macrobrews.

12 oz bottle. Says it is retired on Ratebeer, though I just got this in a beer-of-the-month shipment; weird. Pours a light yellow color with no head. Smells of malt and water. Tastes like a normal lager, tries to have more flavor/character than a bud light, but doesn’t accomplish this very well; doesn’t go down very well. Don’t like lagers, especially ones that try to call themselves "Craft" beers.

Light golden lager with a decent head. Not a lot of aroma but a crisp taste. Not too bad.

Pours a clear yellow color with some foamy white head. Aroma is light with a bit of yeast and faint hops. Taste is crisp but not a whole lot of flavor, mostly just faint doughy malt with lager yeast esters. Not bad, not great.

Hazy orange, little head. Aroma has faint noble hop character, nothing else. flavor has hints of caramel. Really bland.

Slightly dark gold pour, small white head. Aroma is faint malt. Sweet malt, light caramel, and corn flavor.

I had thid one back on 8-28-06. Bottle. Poured golden. Head was semi smooth, but fizzy and crisp. Smell was cornish and malty. Taste was just as such. Slight malt, slight hops. Not too bad.

Goldenrod with a thin white head gone in a jiffy. Aroma of noble hops, caramel and munich malts. Taste of munich malts, sweet malt and mild noble hops. Semi corny aftertaste that finished dry and mildly astringent. Mild sweet finish lingers on with a touch of skunk.
