COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is distinct fruity, citrus, peaches and even a whiff of honey as the beer warms up.Taste is fresh and crisp hops, resiny , lots of citrus with some nice mint as well. Dry mouthfeel.Rather short lived aftertaste, even though a good beer

24.01.2013. On tap at the brewpub, Christianssand Brygghus. Golden, rather dark colour for an IPA. White head. Aroma is aromatic with strong flavours and smells of bitterness, flowers and hay. Its dry and its bitter. Aftertaste is more hay and more dry bitterness. This beer is almost a little oily.

On tap @Christianssand Brygghus. Light copper colored body. Low blond top. Fine hop aroma featuring oranges, tropical and pine. Medium malt body. Light sweet with some caramel tones. Solid, kind of tart bitterness. Earthy, resinous and light fruity hop flavor. Slick in mouth. Lingering bitterness in the finish. [01.12.12]

Very cloudy brown/gold. Bittersweet proper IPA aroma, very inviting. A nice beer with malty body, some pine, spearmint and a dry tail. A session beer, not spectacular.

Cloudy deep golden colour with a small off white head. A fine citric hoppy aroma. Also some grape. Full body. Nice lovely citric/grape hoppy falvour with a fine well balanced malt background. Yummi.

On tap @ Christianssand Brygghus. This is the second IPA batch made with a minor adjustment of the recipe. The hop profile is a bit changed and I actually prefer this version. Hazy deep golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. Really nice aroma of citric fruit, specially grapefruit, a bit of red berries as well, malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet malty, fruity as in aroma and light caramel with balanced bitterness. Super smooth with a sharp bitterness towards the aftertaste. Really quaffable.

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long fruity citrus finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours an unclear, orangey golden body and a dense, off-white head. It’s quite sugary on the nose, but with enough fruitiness and piney aromas to prevent it from being too much. Full body, soft but sure present carbonation, and some warmth. Lots of piney, citrusy and generic fruitiness. Sweet maltiness in the back. Lasting bitterness in the finish. A bit on the sweet side maybe, but a nice beer anyway. 120906
