COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tap at Cafe Sara, november 27th 2013 as Torggata IPA. Hazy dark golden, medium offwhite head. Aroma of grapefruit and pine, taste is quite hoppy of citrus fruits with a light pine character and crystal malt. Quite high bitterness, thick body. Bitter aftertaste with a refreshing pine note.

Hazy light tan. Nice head. Lots of hop - esp on the palate this is woody and bitter. Mellow pale malt balance.

Medium white head. Hazy yellow body. Strong catty tropical fruit aroma with mealy herbal notes. Bitter catty grapefruit taste, fairly astringent, with mealy sugary notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy mouthfeel. Bitter oily sugary grapefruit aftertaste with mealy tropical fruit notes. A bit harsh and bitter, but not bad. Graham likes it. (0.3l draft at Cafe Sara.)

Draught, as Torggata IPA, from the six-pack menu at Café Sara. Lasting white layer blanketing the glass. Cloudy dark golden body. Citrus hops on the nose linked with malty sweetness. Similar taste of citrus fruity flavours on a backbone of sweet malts. Bittersweet ending. Soft mouthfeel. A very sweet version of the style, so and so (Oslo 10.12.2013).

Dry mouthfeel.Rather short lived aftertaste, even though a good beer

24.01.2013. On tap at the brewpub, Christianssand Brygghus. Golden, rather dark colour for an IPA. White head. Aroma is aromatic with strong flavours and smells of bitterness, flowers and hay. Its dry and its bitter. Aftertaste is more hay and more dry bitterness. This beer is almost a little oily.

On tap @Christianssand Brygghus. Light copper colored body. Low blond top. Fine hop aroma featuring oranges, tropical and pine. Medium malt body. Light sweet with some caramel tones. Solid, kind of tart bitterness. Earthy, resinous and light fruity hop flavor. Slick in mouth. Lingering bitterness in the finish. [01.12.12]

Very cloudy brown/gold. Bittersweet proper IPA aroma, very inviting. A nice beer with malty body, some pine, spearmint and a dry tail. A session beer, not spectacular.

Cloudy deep golden colour with a small off white head. A fine citric hoppy aroma. Also some grape. Full body. Nice lovely citric/grape hoppy falvour with a fine well balanced malt background. Yummi.
