Aromas are mellow citrus with yeast, spices and some metallic elements. Flavours are citrus fruit with sweet malts. Becoming drier with spices and a pleasant bitterness. Has a harsh, but pleasant, peppery mouthfeel. Good stuff. rickgordon (3295), Göteborg, Sweden

Hazy copper colour. Amber malty with hints of toffee and diacetyl. Bitterness was low. I found this to be a malt-accentuated beer with some residual sugars. Pretty boring. ryananderson (74), Ontario, Canada
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 6, 2005 Moderately bitter aroma with notes of lemon and banana. Pours a large white head which produces good lacing and is mostly lasting. Appearance is hazy yellow. Initial flavour is moderately bitter and the finish is dry with moderate bitterness and light sweetness. The bitterness and alcohol produce a slight warming effect. Carbonation is soft to lively. A very good beer. Odeed (1673), Bakersfield, California, USA

Slightly cloudy yellow with white medium head. The aroma has an enormous amount of hops, herbal and piney, with a little bit of yeast, some orange peel. Spritzy and refreshing mouthfeel with a great puckeringly dry bitter finish. FROTHINGSLOSH (1984), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Sep 14, 2005 Updated: Jun 28, 2006This is a new beer and brewer for me. Sampled from a rather cool design 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer pours a slightly hazy medium pale yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is fairly faint but does contain a dry floral hop element. The flavor is fairly typical macro style sour malts with a faint bitter floral hop element. There is a mildly grassy undertone. The finish is bitter. This beer is really rather crappy. I am amazed at reading all the rave reviews here.
