Aroma of citrus fruits and hops, poured a cloudy yellow and never cleared up. At this point I almost felt I was dipping into a hefe but the flavour made no mistake of that. Hops, hops, hops, with a touch of hops. Quite bitter, but not so overbearing as the Orval I had a little while back. Enjoyable, but not for me. LadySusan (491), Ste-Therese, Quebec, Canada

The taste is of hops and some citrus fruits. It is good as a pilsner wich is not my favorite kind but still good. Tessic (481), Brantford, Ontario, Canada
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 5, 2006 This pils poured a cloudy yellow with a non-existant head. To the nose you can smell lemons, tangerines and oranges. Lots of citrus. Spicey but the citrus is very overpowering. First sip is just as full of citrus as the nose. Immediately strong flavours of grapefruit and orange/lemon. Very hoppy!!! Citrus last through the end. Palate is very hoppy with a little bitterness. Not my ideal beer but very complex. There are some fairly strong aromas: pine, grass, floral hints, bread. This is orange, cloudy, though mine lost its carbonation quickly; maybe try a pilsner glass. I taste a fair amount of hop bitterness, orange, lemon, honey. Watery mouthfeel; long bitter finish. bikesandbeers (468), Los Angeles, California, USA
