bottled from Stein towncenter on Tuesday, it burned down to ashes last night. rip.
Dark amber with red-tan head, malty nose. Aroma is malt, caramel. Flavour is the same with fruity tones and alcohol stings. Not bad.

Dec 28, 2009 Bottle thanks to Blutt59. Pours a murky brown. Aroma of some caramel and toast. Flavor of some toast, caramel, toasted grain, light hoppiness. Mouth feel is medium body but kinda watery. Overall, it’s a decent beer.....not bad..

Dec 6, 2009 Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a tan head that falls over a brown body. Aroma of grain and brown sugar. Taste is brown sugar, grain and oatmeal. Medium bubbles. Not bad.

Nov 29, 2009 On tap at The Rake, Borough. Russet colour with a slight haze. Fruity sweet and alcohol on aroma. It’s ok, but thin on flavour, bit of sweet strawberry, bit of empty newspaper on the flavour. Not great.

Nov 18, 2009 2L.bottle shared with Quevillon, from L.C.B.O.. The color is a hazy brown with a thin head. The aroma is of malt. The taste also of malt plus the sweetness of caramel and some hops.At about half the bottle you can start feeling the alcohol kick in. It was a very good beer.
