Bottle, as Wijszer dry hopped. Hazy copper color, big brownish head. Aroma of fruity hop, wheat, ctirus, red fruit. Quite sweet taste, fruity, some caramel. Body is a bit on the thin side. Some bitterness in the finish. It’s quite a while since I had the regular version, but I think the dryhopping gives the beer a more refreshing character with more fruity notes. Not the classic combination you’d expect to work, but it turns out quite nice.

Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of red fruits, liquorice, caramel, wheat, toast and spices. Decent hop touch. Light sweet, light bitter flavour. Liquorice, wheat and honey. Quite dry, sweet and hoppy finish.

A little hazy red/brown colored beer, with a small beige head. The aromaof red fruits, with notes of caramel and spices. The taste of fruity sweet, with caramel and some bitters. The aftertste has red fruits, nice bitter and hop notes.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty aroma with weak hoppy hints. Sweetish wheat malty spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish wheat malty spicy dry hoppy finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear red/brown - white head. Amber malts, caramel, phenolic, toasted, sweetness, straw, berries, light ryebread, light hoppy, light bitterness.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruits, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

shared by papsoe. cloudy red, smooth light brown head. aroma is slightly hoppy fruity, quite unusually sweetish for a dunkel. flavor is slightly belgian yeasty, some dark fruits, some alc. bitterness. some faint notes of wheat towards the end.

Bottled. Dark amber coluored. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma: sweetness, fruits, spice, light banana, light yeast. Flavour: Yeast, sweetness, fruits, spice. Medium bodied. Ends fruity and spiced.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2013 Bottle, 33 cl. Orange reddish with a small beige head. Not much aroma, but malty notes of nuts, an earthy whiff, and a light burned note. Medium sweet malty taste, light hoppy finish. Not interesting.
