Bügelverschlußflasche: Amber coloured, small lacing white foam; aroma of daek, sweet and toasted malt with some fruitiness next door; sweetish (malty) flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish, a bit malty, a bit fruity-metallic finish, rounded by a veneer of bitterness. O.K., but a bit on the bland side.....

Dark nut brown color, small steady beige head. Strong, strong aroma of toffee and diacetyl. Medium-bodied. Flavor has also diacetyl but it is not sweet brew. Some caramel, bready malts, balsamico. Strange dark kellerbier.

Maria (8576) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 12, 2010
It’s dark brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of butter, roasted malt, caramel and the flavour is moderately sweet with notes of butter, caramel, slightly harsh citrus and the finish is slightly dry. Although I love the butter note in a beer, this is too much, and it’s far from being too old.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet molasses malt aroma. Dark brown color with large head and nice lacing. Sweet molasses malt flavor with a metallic aftertaste. Unique - a dark and pretty sweet Kellerbier - just wish it had more flavor.

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, mahogany colour with a small eggshell-coloured layer. Sweet malty, bready nose with dark berries and dust. Light bitter flavour with a shy fruitiness, light to medium body, soft carbonation. Soft, malt-accented mouthfeel, light notes of caramel, faint honeyish fruits and dried ones in the aftertaste, accompanied with traces of metal. Still solid.
