Was is eigendlich ein Bier?

Test vom 25.5.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,4,5,4,9,4 - 4,80

Swing-top bottle (Labeled Christoph’s Classic Premium Pilsener at 4.9%). Strong sweet barley/hay aroma. Hazy medium yellow color with small head. Sweet barley/hay wort flavor with lightly bitter grass finish. Okay but seems to not have finished fermenting.

Maria (8576) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 12, 2010
It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma is mild with notes of malt, bread and light flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, light flower, straw and the finish is dry – it’s well composed, refreshing and nice.

Jukkabro (3471) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 15, 2009
Light yellow colored with little white head. Slightly hopped aroma with somehow cardboardy note, rather thin aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more dominated by hops and lemon, aftertaste dries still. Well, not very crispy one.

Bottle, 4.9%. Aroma seems a bit sweet for a pils. The same goes for the flavour. Low to medium bitterness and low carbonation.

Flip-tpo bottle: Das Bier ist nicht so schwach, wie joss es vorfand.....:Straw golden coloured, slightly hazy, small, but stable foamy white layer; sweet-malty, grainy, bready nose with a tinge of hoppiness; moderate sweet, slightly bitter flavour, solid malty base; sweet-malty and slightly bitter finish. A very malt accented, kind of Bohemian Pilsener........
