Tap @ Chumleys. Blonde color with a thin white head. MIldly hoppy with not very much wheat or yeast in the flavor. Watery without the chewy palate of typical wheat beers. I could do this as a session beer, but I’d rather drink something better.

WOW I just foudn this rating from back in December! Had this at Chumleys in the village. not very strong flavors, and VERY thin for a wheat brew... i was not impressed. no fruity flavors really. thin look, not cloudy like i expect from a wheat, with thin lacy head. i am making a weird face remembering it.

Draught at Chumley’s, West Village, New York. Blond weisse style beers with a lacy white head. This beer lacks many of the strong sharp features of its European forbearers but is easy drinking. Served slightly too cold but still plenty drinkable.

A rather metallic wheat lacking in wheatiness. Surprisingly hoppy and slightly dry. A huge disappointment. Contract-brewed by Chelsea Brewing.
