Dark Amber Ale. 1-inch frothy, creamy white head. Nice lacing on the glass. Aroma sweet. Caramel and grassy tones. Flavor the same sweetness, with a grassy, earthy hop bite. Medium bodied. Good carbonation present. Smooth, Creamy mouthfeel.

Feb 29, 2008 Draft at CBW. Poured pale copper in color with small off white head. Aroma of mild hops and caramel malt backbone. Taste is semi sweet, caramel malts, with a bitter hop finish. Nothing spectacular.

Feb 17, 2008 New batch for 2008. Slightly darker than the ubiquitous pale yellow american ale but just as clear. Has a Pittsburgh dirt attitude about it. Hoppy yet not excessive. Ale-ish int the most basic sense. Copper aroma. Oily medium hop medicinal finish.
