COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is golden in color with a light bubbly effervescence. The light body makes this lager beer appropriate for a business lunch or your evening sipping beer. The light malt flavor also accentuates the hop flavor. From the start, you will notice a fine hop aroma. As you sip the Celestial Gold, the subdued maltiness blends with a slight hop flavor. When this beer finishes, you will notice a pleasant hop bitterness. The bitterness will be mild and quite appropriate.

At the source: pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is light bread and grain. Light bitterness. Easy drinking lawnmower beer.

House of 1000 Beers / New Kensington PA --- Aroma of semi-sweet malt. Cloudy medium amber color, ivory head that sinks quickly to a thin cover, short strips of lace. Taste is malt followed closely by medium carbonation and noticeable neutral hops. Hard to mistake this for a Pilsner (as the bottle IDs it), and not really an IPA profile either. Not well-balanced, not much complexity. Not recommended.

Sampled at the brewery. Clear golden with nice off white foam and lacing. A surprising amount of fruit. Nice. Tropical fruir, melons, and fitrus. Classic NA hops. Some grain under that. Well hopped and nice.

355ml bottle. Golden pour, balanced pils, not super flavorful but a nice crisp hop character and mellow smooth malts.

Tap @ brewery. Star with thin white head. Smells lightly wheaty and citric. Wheat flavor with a light viennese coming through on the finish. A nice lighter beer.

Clear straw pour, small white head. Aroma of white wine, floral, crackery malt, and fruit. Flavor of floral hops, crackery / bready malt, with a wheaty finish. A bit thin.

Bubbly, golden liquid, with a smaller off-white head. Aromas of clean pale malt, light caramel and a touch of grassy hops. Light fruit, caramel and malt in the flavors. Quite thick in feel for the style. Seems more like a traditional lager with just a bit more hops. 3/10

Light, crisp, a bit of sweetness in the malty flavor, a bit of citrus, then very weak hops that add a bit of bitterness to the finish. Meh.
