Draft. Beernutz. Dark copper. Aroma coffee beans, vanilla, caramel. Medium body. Below ave carbonation. Interesting take on the pious dunkel. Fresh tasting coffee bean and some caramel notes. Pretty good

Clear orange brown color. Not as dark as other coffee made beers. Extremely mild aroma with some malt hints. A nice beer for the fall.

Tap at CBW, the coffee is not what I would have expected. I was thinking something like Coffee bender for aroma and what I got and tasted was not that.. it was a bad mix of Dunkel and Old coffee.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a medium caramel color with a large foamy tan head that left great lacing. The aroma was dryish and a bit sour with a moderate coffee note. The flavor was sour, bitter and burnt coffee - like the coffee they used to serve at McDonalds which was always more like vaguely coffee flavored battery acid - so yeah, this was not a good flavor at all. Long sour and burnt McDonalds coffee finish. Medium body.
