On tap at Church on our way to RBSG. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Loads of soapy lavender. More lavender in the mouth, a little bit one dimensional, so I guess it’s good that I like lavender. Comes across a bit boozy for 5%. Soft lavender finish.

Pale amber pour. The nose is loaded with sweet lavender. Light spicy body with a touch of pale malt sweetness on the back. The nose is lightly spicy and herbal with lots of floral aroma and flavour. Soft bitterness and a bright lavender flavour. I’m a sucker for this stuff.

tap @ church - A bit uninspired for such a neat concept. Awesome lavender petals and floral hop arouma. Caramel malts, bready, planty and lavender floral. Light carbonation and velvety smooth mouthfeel.

This poured a darker yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was berries, citrus, and lots of lavender. Flavor was very strong lavender upfront, followed by clove, wheaty citrus and orange peel finish. Interesting.

On tap at the Church, golden clear color, modest head and no lacing, clear lavender and cherry aromas, and the same in the taste, bitter finish with soapy notes at the start. Quite nice and a useful pleasant ingediant.
