Church Brew LuLu Lager

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
LuLu Lager is an unfiltered robust lager, with a strong hop character. This is found in bitterness, but dry hopping boosts the flavor and aroma, which blend with the fairly high alcohol presence to achieve a perfume-like quality in the nose and on the palate. The recipe was not tailored to any particular style, but was created to feature a particular specialty malt, CaraAroma. Put together by the brewing staff in short time, “LuLu” was merely a nickname given to the beer for record keeping purposes until one loose lipped member of said staff blabbed to the press. The moniker thus stuck.
