3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very dry. Light, crisp, a little earthy. Malt is not sweet, but a bit nutty with some cereal and grain. A bitter and slightly hoppy finish that cuts off sharply.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewpub. An unclear orange colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma has pine cones, lemon zest, some orange notes and pale malts. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, dealing easily with the light malty sweetness. Pine cones and citrus fruits, and a lasting zesty, orangey, bitter finish. 150617

Hazed orange to copper colored liquid. Small lid of beige bubbles. Bits of citrus and grain in the aroma. Solid fell. A touch of toasted grain and brown sugar in the front. Light herbal bitterness in the middle. An amber with a touch more bitterness. A sessionable brew. 2/10

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light gold color from the bottle. Spice undertone in the aroma and the flavor. Not an everyday pale ale, but a nice change of pace.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Moderate hop presence, with some caramel coming through in the aroma. Pours a clear light amber with a full white head. A hop bomb this isn’t, it falls over on the sweeter side to start with, and just a minimal bitterness in the finish. If you like sweeter English Pale’s, you may appreciate this more then I do.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampler from the mixed flight of currently running brews. Overall this appeared and tasted to be weak. Definitely compromised on ingredients and body and taste. Why do so many brewpubs continue to cheat their customers with this hogwash?

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at the brewery on a Pittsburgh visit. Pours clear golden colored with a very small soft white head. Aroma is light fruits, some light grassiness, and not much else. Flavor follows with lightly sweet citrus, sweet light malts, hay, nearly no hop presence whatsoever. Light bodied with medium low carbonation. Meh.
