Church Brew Referendum Ale

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Referendum Ale is an American Pale Ale that showcases an emerging hop variety, Palisades. This brew has much of the same characteristics of our Pipe Organ Pale Ale. The major difference is that a different yeast strain was used during fermentation. Also, this beer was dry-hopped with eleven ponds of Palisades to accentuate the floral hoppy character. Referendum Ale is medium in body with toffee characteristics and a crisp hop finish.
