COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A copper colored Belgian-style ale brewed with juniper berries and undergoing a secondary fermentation using the wild yeast brettanomyces. Though a well attenuated (dryish) and drinkable beer there is a lot going on in this one. Flavors of caramel, raisin and tobacco from the malt, clove from the Belgian yeast, pine from the juniper berries and hopping. Plus fruit flavors (pineapple, cherry pie) and a touch of earthiness from the brett.

Interesting saison in the winter. Sweet aromatic Belgiany beer. Hints of raisin and pine.
