I think that this is an excellent idea - a Wit with Tex-Mex flare. Citrus lime aroma, a little spicy. Body is clear gold, short white head, some lacing. Body is thin and smooth upfront with a tickle of carbonation at the back. Sweet lime zesty flavors, I could kind of taste the cilantro but it wasn’t very strong. Finishes with a nice zing. This was a perfect beer to have with their special Rattlesnake Cactus Perogies - the beer tasted perfect with the smokey chipotle bite.
