Hand pulled at the Anchor, Birmingham, during Church End Weekend. Hmmmm, beer made with black pepper in it??? Wait a cotton-picking minute - this really does taste of black pepper - like Kettle Chips. Extremely dry and crispy. Probably an acquired taste (assuming Church End ever make available, ever again), but palatable. Just odd.
