UPDATED: MAY 15, 2010 Cask @ 3 Judges. Light clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is a bit skunked, a little biscuit, hops. Flavour is slightly hoppy, hint of vegetables.

Cask at The Plough, Fish Street Worcester 27-06-09 Pours gold/light amber with a white clingy head and a very slight haze. Some honey, faintly hoppy. Tastes clean and fresh but the hops are quite weak. Steady bitterness, its fine but lacks punch and hops. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Cask (handpump) @ Lord Nelson, Hyskenstræde 9, 1207 København, Denmark
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, cinnamon notes ! Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090212]

Cask at Lord Nelson. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Ok bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter not very pleasent finish. Oily palate.

Cask. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops and malt. Some notes of citrus as well.

Cask at Lord Nelson. Clear yellow - white head. Sharp hoppy, bitterness, wood, fruity, mild malty, nice freshness, light citrus, light yeasty, grassy, dry grass, lasting bitter finish. Nice freshness.

Cask. Unclear yellowish colour with a medium bit short lasting head. Mild hoppy frutish aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is rather mild with hops, grapefruit and some yeast. Dry soft hoppy finish.

From cask at Lord Nelson. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a small collapsing white head. Mild citrusy hoppy aroma. Mild yeasty and vague ashtray hoppy spiced and bitter flavoured. Dry bitter and mild spiced flavoured into the finish.

Cask at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops with notes of grass. Fruity flavour of hops, yeast and grass. Dry hoppy finish.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2007 Poisonously eggy nose, just how I like it. Crystal clear lagery yellow body. Deliciously bready-biscuity malt/ pungently bitter hop balance (green bullet). Crisp, punchily bitter and beautifully creamy after the swallow. Can’t believe I’m only having one. Hand-pulled at the altar.
