Great name, ordinary ale. Rust-coloured pint at Altar. Celery hop spiciness in the nose once it’s got going. A gnaw of woodsy Eurohop. Dour mushy biscuit, straw, egg custard, vanilla. Well-made, soporific malty bitter.
