Cask conditioned - handpump - Babington Arms Derby. A copper coloured bitter with a malty aroma with a little hop mixed in. The taste is a nice balance without anything being really good.

A copper coloured best bitter that adds up to more than the sum of the parts. Dry with a fair ration of earthy hops and good bite on the finish. Insistent, soft malt backbone. Plenty of body. Good balance and poise. Nothing really stood out, but plenty tasty. Cask (handpump), Babington Arms, Derby.
