Couple of pints of takeout from the brewery with Xmas dinner. Orange-gold with a coarse big bubbled head. Bright lemon and lime wine gum aroma with light resins, flowers and biscuit. Generous malted milk biscuit for Church, thick condition, pineapple and red apple juiciness, dry hop back up. Some quality here, and a splash of Hook Norton. Touch of almond, heady and full for the strength. Solid hoppy-malty effort, refreshing but not shying away from the hops. Really got to Pa Jenner’s bones. Decent.
