Leafy fresh hop aroma with background sulphur. Musty, tawny and clear. Slight nuttiness, oats, mellow finishing malt and a dab of alcohol fruitiness. Big hop presence as ever. Balanced, bittersweet and maltier than Church’s typical offerings of late, with some sneaking chocolate. CE Beer Of The Evening, by virtue of being a bit different.
