Draft at the tap room in the brewery. At inception, a week previously, my guest sampler was cloudy, yeasty, with elevated graininess. A week later, the brew was dispensed to a pint glass displaying a darkest brown color with good clarity, creamy, persistent, light tan head foam, and wavy cling to the lacing. The nose was toasty, almost roasty, chocolate, with a touch of caramel. The flavor presented hop bitterness that was a little resiny, with some lingering earthiness, and just a bit of sweetness. What a difference a week makes! Very flavorful! Already requested the commercial description and other pertinent stats, and hopefully will add them to the site soon, along with a catchy name?
