Bottle (plastic). Dark copper, small beige head. Aroma hops, chocolate, caramel. Taste first chocolate then hop. Medium body, medium carbonation. Jolly nice ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap in Pilsen. Dark brown, head is foamy, like coffee, and the aroma is heavenly - dark fruits, coffee, bitter chocolate, caramel, taste is the same with a delicious cherry and dark chocolate bite to it. Sensational stuff, really.

on tap at klub malych pivovaru, last night as well as last winter. immense looking beer - rich deep dark brown with a purple tinge; massive cappucino head which varied in colour from white to beige around its splotchy head and nonetheless lasted the half-hour or so it took me to polish off the half-litre. loads of rich stonefruit in the aroma - dates, figs; some pear schnapps and then some juicy tropical cascade character with pine needles. full and firm-bodied, well-balanced with traces of dark chocolate, caramel croissant and red berry, finishing with plenty of bitterness and demanding another sip. glorious winter drinking, never mind the -20 degrees outside.
