Cask gravity @ Bree Louise, Euston NW1. Pours a hazy orange color with no head. Has a fruity sulphurish apple aroma. Dry fruity and slightly watery apple flavor. Has a drry fruity and slightly tart apple finish.

Unclear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100801]

From bag in a box. Pours murky orange witha fully gone head. Aroma is apple fruity and mild acidic. Flat apple fruity, vague dry sulphorish and almost malty flat. Dry and slight rubber flavoured into the finish.

From bag in box at The Red Lion, Swanage, Dorset. Hazed orange with no head. Really quite a bitter dry appleskin flavour, drying the whole palate off. Long and lasting but great on a blisteringly hot day.

From a bag in a box at the Stable, Bridport 20/4/10. Amber coloured, still with no carbonation and a slight haze. Pleasant, tart apple juice which was very easy to drink. Finish inclined towards the dry, but perhaps could have done with a bit more tartness to truly stand out.

Fruity aroma. Golden coloured hazy in appearance fruity and a little spicy with a crisp and dry lasting finish.

A Mes rate:
Milk bottle shaped plastic bottle from Middle Farm thanks to David. Golden blonde colour. Plenty tanins and sour apple in the aroma. Puckery flavour but just not quite dry enough. Just a drinkable apple juice really. Little lifeless in the mouth feel. All round not assertive enough but what it does it does well.

From barrel at GBBF 2007. Decent dry cider, slight rubber, decent apple fruit. Dry. Good fleshy fruit in mouth. Fine, very apple juicy.
