Commercial Description:
Our premium quality aged Sweet apple cider is a deep golden, full bodied, well balanced apple cider with a strong apple aroma and an intense, lingering fruit finish. An apple cider that has an attractive richness and sweetness on the palate and good life.

(330ml, bottle freodoctor) Thsi cider, although annotaed sweet isnt sugary, but has a wonderful, pssibly to big apple flavour that is thick and complex, some vinigary notes, but overall a pungent cider that although delightful, is probablytoo full flvoured to drink more than one of ina sitting.

Came across this gem in the bargain bin of a local liquor store, and thought I’d give it a go. Unsure of it’s use-by date (S004690), but it turned out to be quite a treat. Poured into a short tulip glass, a big dense head of foam formed and sat firmly atop a brilliant gold body, and left a wonderful lace. Intense spicy and acidic apple nose, almost vinous, and a little sweet sugars. Very tart in the mouth, a mild initial carbonic bite hit upfront until it warmed a little. Lightly sweet in front, citric acid and sugary, acidic across the tongue and pleasantly fruity, white wine grapes, lemons and green apples, and finishes with a long slightly gummy ’apple’ swallow. Medium bodied, spritzy in carbonation and quite balanced in it’s sweet and sour palate. Wouldn’t be for everyone, but it agreed with me and ended the day nicely. Lovely.
