Pours a clear, pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet apple and cinnamon and sugar over rice pudding and a little earthiness. Flavor is a little more tart (not enought to clash with other flavors) and less cinnamon forward, but still reminds me distinctly of rice pudding with cinamon and sugar, some earthy planty, and cinnamon notes and vanilla to the finish. Light and somewhat syrupy entry leading to a slightly dry finish with a light, blanketing carbonation and quite dry, borderline astringent finish.

One of my weekly stand-bys. Aroma is very a very sweet apple smell with a hint of cinnamon. Appearance is light gold. First though on taste is that it tastes like a homemade apple pie. Very delicious. Palate is very light, smooth texture, medium carbonation. Very sweet on the back-end. This is one of my favorite ciders, and is definitely something I buy a 6’er of once a week. Ciderboys have not disappointed me yet.

Pours hazy deep golden with small white head. Aroma is rich apple and cinnamon, medium body, and very little lacing. Taste is sweet apple and some cinnamon. If the taste matched the aroma this would be a top rated cider for me.

Pretty good smelling, thought i smelled some dishwater but it may have been from the glass. Its surprisingly a little cloudy on a pale colored base, looks more like a beer than a cider. Good overall taste, reminiscent of apple pie or cobbler fer sure. Goes down way too easy. Quite sweet, not much dryness in this stuff. Good sizzle makes this rather enjoyable and easy to take. Many cinnamon ciders are overdone but I think this is just about right. Yes, OK by me. One of the better cinnamon ciders in my memory.

Bottle from Roth’s. Very hazy amber in color. Nose is somewhat tart apple with some noticeable cinnamon. Has a little applesauce aroma to it. The apple flavor is only a little sweet. Not like most ciders I’ve tried lately. Subtle cinnamon as well. Taste is a bit more complex than stuff like Angry Orchard. Not a big sweet bomb. Pretty good. Has an almost vinous sour quality in the finish.

[Tap] Light golden colored pour with no head. Initial aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavors of baked apples, mulling spices, cinnamon sticks and sweet vanilla. Decent body. Not too sweet, which was nice to see. Pretty good.

Bottle. Cinnamon and apple juice aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet cinnamon and apple cider flavor. Could be considered an alco-pop but at least it tastes pretty good - very tasty.

Had a few shots from a bottle at a promo. Im usually not into the sweetness but this one wasn't cloyingly sweet. Cinnamon thread seemed to be distinctive from the other flavors. Mouthfeel was the best part about it with such a soft bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

All my life I have been waiting to get drunk on something that tastes like Apple Jacks and now that it is here I am too curmudgeonly to appreciate it. This is an apple soda pop style cider w/ an asston of cinnamon and artificial apple flavor thrown in. It is very slgihtly hazed orange w/ a bit of a white head--Ciderboys might add some heading agent as this is unusual in a cider. It has a pleasant but certainly very simple cinnamon character to it and the sweetness adds an apple lollipop character that gets cloying really fast. The texture is pretty nice though--aside from being a bit sticky--in that it is full bodied w/ fine, gentle carbonation. These kinds of ciders are getting to be a dime a dozen. I find them irresistible to try but seldom like them as they are all too often just sweet alcohol water masquerading as something for adults to drink.
