Pours a clear, pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet apple and cinnamon and sugar over rice pudding and a little earthiness. Flavor is a little more tart (not enought to clash with other flavors) and less cinnamon forward, but still reminds me distinctly of rice pudding with cinamon and sugar, some earthy planty, and cinnamon notes and vanilla to the finish. Light and somewhat syrupy entry leading to a slightly dry finish with a light, blanketing carbonation and quite dry, borderline astringent finish.

All my life I have been waiting to get drunk on something that tastes like Apple Jacks and now that it is here I am too curmudgeonly to appreciate it. This is an apple soda pop style cider w/ an asston of cinnamon and artificial apple flavor thrown in. It is very slgihtly hazed orange w/ a bit of a white head--Ciderboys might add some heading agent as this is unusual in a cider. It has a pleasant but certainly very simple cinnamon character to it and the sweetness adds an apple lollipop character that gets cloying really fast. The texture is pretty nice though--aside from being a bit sticky--in that it is full bodied w/ fine, gentle carbonation. These kinds of ciders are getting to be a dime a dozen. I find them irresistible to try but seldom like them as they are all too often just sweet alcohol water masquerading as something for adults to drink.

355ml twist off. Apple cidre with some chemicals and cinnamon thrown in. Used a trifecta of shitty mix 6er cidres to make some braised smoked ham hock, blood sausage, and cabbage dish.

Bottle from Capone’s. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Nice apple, cinnamon, and honey aroma and flavor, and this one really kicks up the flavor. A remarkable cider, this one.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a clear golden color with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apple with some tangy qualities, the cinnamon cuts the sweetness just a little, still this is a cider and feels thin and watery. I liked this jus a little better than many of the other ciders I’ve tried.

Tap sample. Poured clear pale color with a minimal white head that diminished slowly with minimal lacing. Moderate aroma sweet apple and spice. Medium body with a dry texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spice apple flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

I quite enjoyed this cider .. . sixer .. chilled by the intense crazy ice storm that hit houstom, i don’t wanna die!!! aaahhh!!! .. . apple juice and mild cinnamon, well balanced .. . really good cider, would try more from these guys .. . . They should really just change those "No Alcohol Beyond This Point" signs to "Chug Drinks Here."
