330 ml bottle from Juustosoppi, Tampere. BBE 01.01.2013.
Pours a clear light yellow colour with loads of bubbles. Aroma of crisp red apples, yeast and exotic fruits. Flavour of crisp and juicy red apples, wood, exotic fruits and good acidity. Soft carbonation and a dry, juicy apple finish. Another pleasant dry cider from Ciderhouse.

0.33 l bottle at Old Bank, Turku. Bright pale golden color. The aromas of ripe apple, cinnamon and pineapple. Sweetish flavor with notes of pineapple. Low carbonation, which I like. Balanced cider with delicate taste. From a small producer I would like taste a more artisanal and complex product.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass.
Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple - pear, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090804]

From the Bottle at Chris O’s 05/08/2009 Some bready apple aroma. Silver coloured fruity apple flavour with a crisp and slightly dry finish.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Pear and apple peel aroma. Dry apple peel flavour with no tartness.

Honey aroma. Pale and fizzy. Mealy apple taste, skins too. Quite tart, but also watery. Hampered by being 4.5%. Fairly OK Finnish cider, but not a patch on English or French offerings.
Rerate: almost identical, overall better, so bumped it a point. However, it cost 5.20e, I could make it at home for less!

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2009 Bottled@Petalax Beer Fest 2007 (thanks rsmeds for bringing this around!). Pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is sweet rotten apples along with wood and vegetables. Flavour is acidic apples along with some slight beryyish notes. Strange thing. Gave nice aromas on the grill....

Bottle 0,33 l. Pale greenish yellow. Nose has white wine, green apples, freshness. Flavor is subtly sour and acidic, dryish and just a little bit on the sweet side, juicy green apples. I’m not a big fan of ciders, but this is one of the best I’ve tasted.

Bottled. Very pale yellow. Artificial sweet vegetable aroma. Sweet at first with some red apples, the citric acidity sets in and refreshes it. Finishing with some strawberry esters. Nice flavour, strange aroma.
