COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available on draught and in bottles.
Made from a blend of cider apples (mainly Dabinett), dessert apples and cooking apples. The result is a medium-dry cider, sweeter than Combe Raider but drier than Dab Hand.

A Sim rate (plastic cask from Bree Louise): Not much in the aroma. Bit of White wine dryness. Nice apple sweetness in the finish. Murky golden perfect cider appearance. Dry & tart, just as I like it. Sweetness kicks in at the end. Slight bit of cleaning product in the finish. Overall very nice. Not quite thick enough to be a great cider palate. Nice but not exceptional.
