Orange colour with some head. Aroma of lemon, apples, wood. Taste is a mix of sweetness, apply wood. Dry finish. Pretty good.

bottle from Auchan. Hazy golden colour with quite a big white head. Pleasnatly sparkling, mild apple flavours, smooth palate. A very good cidre.

Bottled. An unclear golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples including their cores. The flavor is sweet with notes of apple juice and apple cores.

Bottle @ Chris O. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with no head. Has a sweetish fruity apple aroma with some weak vanilla hints. Sweetish fruity apple flavor. Has a sweetish fruity apple finish.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Haze orange gold. Stewed apple aroma. Sweetish stewed apple flavour.

Bottle at ChrisO’s "Raise the Roof" tasting, 31st July 2010. Hazy orange. Fresh cut apple nose. Likewise, very flavoursome taste. On the sweet side. Almost a pear finish.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Unclear hazy medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, cheese - wood notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100731]

Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF shindig. Hazy pale orange colour with no head. Aroma is apples, cheese and some spices. Flavour is being quite similar. A bit thin, but otherwise quite nice.

Corked bottle from Auchan, Quatre Temps, La Défense, Paris
Hazy deep blond color, no head. The aroma shows a mild woody character, very light fruits. Light apples flavor, with an evident woody astringency; dry mouthfeel in the beginning, drier and more astringent at the end. Somehow difficult, but interesting.
