COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Elaboré dans les règles de l’art cidrier, Le Keravalou est un pur produit de la région Cornouaille. Qualité et savoir-faire sont les maîtres mots qui ont permis d ’obtenir ce cidre d’exception. Sa belle robe ambrée et sa douce amertume sont le résultat de la selection rigoureuse des pommes ainsi que de la lente prise de mousse en bouteille. À déguster frais, entre 8 et 12. Contient des sulfites.

Found randomly at a suburban supermarket near Paris. Cork flew off with pop once the metal snare was removed. Pours with gigantic head, even when chilled, foggy yellow-colour. Aroma of wood, apples, sourness, grain, almost gueuze-like. Taste is a soft mix of apple and pear, tangy middle and a dry and sour finish. Still a bit sweet on the tongue, though. Probably one of the best ciders I’ve tasted.
