Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden-yellow colouyr with a white head. Aroma is sour, yeast, apple. Flavour is sour, yeast, apple. Boring cider.

Bottled as Charmaine, 4.3 alcohol percentage: Some medium bubly ashy head disappears right away and leaves and almost clear (!) colored cider. Smell is dusty with some apple, light earthy and the slightest hints of meat/fish (just in the far distance). Taste apples, green apples, red yellow apples, some light dust tones, sparkling, light yeasty ish Aftertaste is many apples, crisp, green apples and some light dusty yeast ish tones, again. Medium to fuller carbo, tingly mouthfeel, medium bodied and watery texture. Taste is a lot better than smell. Clear sparkling, light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, old apples, apple juice. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, medium dry, sweet sugary apples, apple peel notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy. [20110821]

Botella. Clear very pale yellowish colour. Mild aroma of something apple like. Good mouthfeel. Apple like and fruity like flavour, mild.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, pale yellow cider with some white bubbles. The aroma isn’t very interesting, there’s some apples and apple cores, but it’s too weak. Quite dryish, medium bodied and sparkling, with apples and a touch of orchard. Well, a bit simple and boring, but at least without any off-flavors. 110821

Pale yellow with a small white head. Very weak aroma of apple with a faint hint of chlorine. Sweet with a thin apple flavour and a faint chemical note. Too much carbonation

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2011 Ulfborg. Pours clear pale no color with bubbles on top. Spritzy. Cheap apples and sugar.Overripe. Sweet and cloying.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is very pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, sugar and is higly carbonated.
