Hazy deep blond color, no head retention. Mild apple aroma. Some apple juice flavor; it’s a demi-sec in my opinion, not a Doux; it’s indeed very similar to the Brut version, but the little residual sugar helps to highlight the fruit side, and builds a better body; the final still presents a pleasant woody astringency, soft.
