0.75L bottle, thanks mom and dad.
Light golden colour with a steady stream of bubbles, aroma dominated by earthy notes with apple and yeasty notes. Taste is sweet and appley but light and not cloying. Body is light, carbonation is strong but pleasant.
I can see myself drinking quite a lot of this, especialy with some scallops.
