375 ml bottle, bought at the cidery, September 25, 2009, drank on the 28. Pale yellow. Aroma of very sweet apple juice, a little bit of grape. Taste of apple juice and raisins, a little sweet but sad. An failed apple juice!

Light golden cider with a fresh sweet apple aroma, very clean and smooth. In mouth, a rather light cider with some astringence, not bad but the rather tooth paste finish leaves to be desired. Boght at Les Halles de Quebec, Winter 2005.

Aroma:Light sour apple aroma.. Appearance:clear yellow... Flavor:Watery,light sour flavor,light alcohol...

As they say, this can be served anytime of the day, mostly because it is watery and light flavored...A surprisingly ample body for its size lifts the sweetness of the apple from the depths of oblivion, but not much more...Waking up at dawn to the murmur of silence...
