Extremely pale yellow, clear, huge pop upon opening yet limited carbonation. The legs are tiny, but existant. Rather peely, sugary and mineral nose bears a soft underlying woodiness amidst alcoholic interplays. Soft palate remains as peely as the nose. Uplifting light sparkle. Light-medium body. An okay, soft carbonated cider that can’t distinguish among more characterful french examples.

Pours a clear pale gold color with a thin sparkling head. Aroma and flavor of apples, it is pleasantly dry. This cider is not bad but I think that the cidery should work more on the cider part than experimenting with méthode champenoise.

Grassy, leafy aroma has an appleskin character to it although it is plenty sweet. Clear pale yellow gold body has very slight legs. Herbal and leafy notes to the simple flavour that plays off tart appleskins with sweet brown sugar. Some notes of alcohol. Dry light body with hard bubbled carbonation that is quite short-lived. Going away party.

From the watery yellow rises some green apple skin sweetness and tartness...No alcohol is tasted, which is nice for this size, and it remains very drinkable throughout...Apple flavors are simplistic and mild, but with the large sparkling bubbles and dry finish provide a decent meal accompaniment...

750 ml bottle shared with several Quebecois and one other drunk American at tiggmtl’s going away party in Montreal, from a New Belgium glass; nearly the last rating I manage to get before passing out so you’ll have to pardon some incoherence, I do think I was still with it enough for a reasonable commentary: bit of bubbling in the light golden body with some fast-dying fizzy head....fresh, farmy, somewhat funky nose, old apples and pears and a bit of manure and dry grass....in the body quite dry, clean and light with little to no hint of its alcoholic strength, moderate champagne carbonation....very drinkable, dare I say even "quaffable" but fairly dull overall.
